This work expands on the recent separation of the enantiomers of the C2-symmetrical bis-substituted derivatives of 1,1′-diphosphaferrocene. The effective separation of mono-substituted 1,1′-diphosphaferrocenes by the proposed method is demonstrated. The absolute configuration of the three separated components was established using X-ray diffraction. Circular dichroism spectra were collected for all of the separated compounds. The spectrum of each compound shows a characteristic curve, and the curves for the enantiomers are symmetrical. We also show that the correct absolute configuration for similar species can be assigned on the basis of the obtained data. We propose an explanation for the abnormal 1H NMR spectra of phospholyl protons in some derivatives of 1,1′-diphosphaferrocene. A density functional theory (DFT) study of the conformation, as well as circular dichroism and NMR spectra of the chosen species, is also presented. 相似文献

Three new chiral urea-type anion receptors were synthesized from aromatic diamines and 1-amino-1-deoxyglucose. The anion binding properties of these receptors were studied using chiral carboxylates derived from mandelic acid and three α-amino acids. We found that the size of the anion binding pocket played an important role in chiral recognition processes. The best results were obtained for 1,8-diaminoanthracene and α-amino acid anions. 相似文献

The aim of this work was to obtain an inorganic oxide system containing silica and magnesium oxide, and characterized by specific physicochemical properties, in particular well-defined adsorption parameters. The preparation process was carried out according to a co-precipitation method using solutions of sodium silicate and selected inorganic magnesium salt. The oxide system obtained (MgO·SiO2) was used as a support (adsorbent) of nickel(II) ions, whose precursors were model solutions of nitrates. The effectiveness of the adsorption process was evaluated using many different analytical techniques, including atomic absorption spectroscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and equivalent point titration. Moreover the stability of adsorbent/adsorbate bonding was estimated. The oxide systems—adsorbents—used in the process were also analyzed according to their physicochemical properties, especially changes in adsorption parameters. The last part of the study involved evaluation of the kinetics of the adsorption process depending on time and the pH of the reaction system. 相似文献

This paper presents the methods of fabricating narrow parallel submicrometric stripes in silicon dioxide and a resist layer. The experiments were conducted by two techniques: double patterning lithography and double exposure lithography. In addition to the above mentioned processes, mask translation was applied. For all conducted experiments, chrome masks and a 405 nm line of the high pressure mercury lamp of an MA-56 Mask Aligner System were used. Several oxindole derivatives, of natural or synthetic origin, have been identified as medicinally appealing compounds, with a plethora of bioactivities reported. Chiral 3-hydroxy and 3-aminooxindole scaffolds have captured the attention of several research groups, due to their importance in drug discovery. In this review, we systematically address the wide variety of asymmetric catalytic methodologies employed in the preparation of these relevant chiral scaffolds, present in many biologically active compounds and/or natural products. Two new conjugates, hcptpyDP and hcptpyTP, of a terpyridine derivative incorporating artificial peptide moieties, have been synthesized and their use in the preparation of metal catalysts and organogelators has been investigated. Ru(II) complexes derived from these ligands showed electrochemical behavior and activity as catalysts in the epoxidation of olefins similar to that of Beller's catalyst. As organogelators, these conjugates were able to gelate a variety of solvents, from toluene to methanol, with satisfactory mgc (minimum gelation concentration) values. The presence of 4′-(4-carboxy)phenylterpyridine (hcptpy) moiety allows tuning the gelling properties and also influences the supramolecular self-assembling mode to produce chiral aggregates with respect to parent peptides DP and TP. In the case of the conjugates, π?π interactions provided by the aromatic moieties cooperate with inter-molecular hydrogen bonding between NH and CO in the amide groups. Further properties of peptide/terpyridine conjugates are under investigation in view of future applications. 相似文献
